Golden Banana includes the full Big Banana file, then keeps the desk open on tracking. Kong is listed as notify / customs contact on the papers; you remain the consignee / real recipient. When UPS or FedEx emails a hold, forward it the same day — we tell you which files to send and how to answer. You still pay only the official courier portal. You still own the cargo. Default channel remains email + WhatsApp; a call is optional only if you ask or the intake is too thin.

You stay first to know

One shipment, one clean file. Written plan + commercial invoice + packing list. Research and drafts by email / WhatsApp. You approve in writing, then walk into UPS or FedEx.

Big Banana is the document pack for a single shipment. After intake and payment clear, we research off-stage (fracción, tax stack, missing paper, who should move it) and send draft commercial invoice and packing list by email. Clarifications stay on email or WhatsApp. You reply “I approve these documents for shipment,” then take two sheets to the counter (or upload a paperless invoice). We do not pick up the cargo. We do not file a pedimento. Classification is an opinión — Aduana and the courier have the last word. Includes three courier or forwarder options for you to book.
