Consultoría en comercio exterior · Mexico City
The papers. Not the box.
Kong's Logistics prepares the file so your shipment does not die in aduana. You take two sheets to UPS or FedEx. We never pick up the cargo.
What we are
A consultant who fills the forms you cannot.
You do not want to learn TIGIE, Incoterms, or why “misc. parts” gets held. We sit between you and the people who actually move and clear the cargo.
What is this product, legally?
A preliminary fracción (LIGIE + NICO), which taxes apply, and whether a NOM, permit, or COFEPRIS issue is waiting.
What will it cost landed?
A rough stack of IGI + DTA + IVA + brokerage + freight so the port is not a surprise. An estimate — never a guarantee.
The document pack
Commercial invoice and packing list written the way customs actually reads them. Not “gift.” Not “samples / no value.”
Who ships it
Three courier or forwarder options. You book. For a pallet or a pedimento, we intro an agente aduanal. We do not replace them.
What we are not
We do not fly, file, or warehouse.
- We do not file a pedimento. That needs a patente.
- We do not hold ourselves out as the customs broker.
- We do not pick up, store, or receive your cargo — not even in Mixcoac.
- We do not call Aduana to “release the package.”
- We do not guarantee a clasificación will survive a SAT audit.
Plain Spanish
Asesoría y preparación documental. El despacho lo realiza un agente aduanal, el courier, o el importador bajo despacho directo.
The handoff
Intake. Pay. Research. Drafts by email. You walk into UPS.
The first message is not “so… what do you want to ship?” The intake exists so we already have an answer. Default channel: email + WhatsApp. Async by design.
Intake (form)
What it is, photos or a link, value, origin, destination, who sells, who buys. Required before we research.
Pay (clears first)
Payment clears before research starts. No calendar theatre to “hold a slot.”
Research off-stage
Fracción, tax stack, missing paper, who should move it. That work happens before drafts leave the desk.
Drafts by email
Commercial invoice + packing list in your inbox. Clarifications on email or WhatsApp — same day / next morning on an open file.
Written “I approve…”
Reply: “I approve these documents for shipment.” We do not send anything until you do.
You walk into UPS
Two sheets in a pouch, or uploaded as a paperless invoice. UPS transmits them to Aduana. We do not email SAT.
Close / Golden watches 1Z
Big ends when the drafts go out. Golden watches tracking and drafts the hold reply. You still pay the courier portal. You still own the cargo.
Two lanes
Consumer or Business. Big Banana or Golden Banana.
Same bananas. Same prices. The lane is who you are on the papers — a person sending a parcel, or a company moving inventory.
Personal shipments
Consumer
Household goods, gifts, a first parcel, a move. No RFC theatre if you do not have one yet.
Big Banana
$2,000 MXN · per shipment
- One shipment: written plan + commercial invoice + packing list
- Research + drafts by email / WhatsApp
- Three courier or forwarder options
Golden Banana
$6,000 MXN · per shipment
- Everything in Big
- Kong listed as notify / customs contact — you stay the consignee
- We watch the 1Z until it clears or delivers
Commercial shipments
Business
Inventory, B2B, nearshoring samples that are not samples. RFC and padrón on the table from page one.

Pay when you start, or a deposit before drafts go out. Classification is an opinión. Aduana and the courier have the last word.
Why this desk
Bilingual papers. Mexican clearance. One person who actually reads the invoice.
International commerce and logistics by training. Years of turning messy inputs into documents that do not invent numbers. English vendors, Mexican paperwork, no theatre about trucks we do not own. Nearshoring made this busier, not quieter — small US/MX sellers still ship with a terrible invoice and then panic at AIFA or Manzanillo.

Straight answers
The questions that usually arrive next.
Do you ship the package?
No. UPS, FedEx, DHL, a forwarder, or an agente aduanal moves it. We prepare the file so they have nothing left to ask for.
Do I send the box to you?
Never. Pickup at your door or drop at a store. Receiving cargo turns us into a warehouse: insurance, Carta Porte, SAT questions. Bad first version.
Are you an agente aduanal?
No. We cannot file a pedimento. If the job needs one, we hand a clean file to a licensed agent. They talk to Aduana. We coordinate you and them.
What do I actually hand the UPS clerk?
Two documents: the commercial invoice (one sheet, many lines if needed) and the packing list. Not the research notes. Print them, or upload them when you create the guía.
What if customs holds it?
Do not call Aduana. Forward the UPS/FedEx email the same day. We tell you which files to send and how to answer. Pay only the official courier portal. Do not pay random WhatsApp “agents.”
Do you need the tracking number?
Golden: yes — we watch the 1Z. Big: only if something stops and you want the hold explained.
Is there a booked call?
No. The desk runs on email and WhatsApp by default. A call is optional — only if you ask, or if the intake is too thin to research safely. It is not a 45- or 60-minute product you buy.
Consumer or Business — what’s the difference?
Same bananas, same prices. Consumer is a person on the papers (household, gifts, a first parcel). Business is a company (inventory, B2B, RFC / padrón). The intake asks which lane you are so the invoice is written that way.
If I type the forms, am I the one liable?
You approve drafts in writing and you submit them. That is the accountant model. A disclaimer does not vanish because you held the pen — and we do not sell a product where we later say “your mistake.” We say what the hold means and what to do next.
Can Kong be the customs contact instead of me?
Notify party, yes. Importer or destinatario, no. Mexico wants the real recipient’s RFC on the cargo. Golden puts our email on the invoice so we see the hold first. Your name stays on the box.
The legal line
On the site, in plain language.
Send the mess. Get two clean sheets back.
Pick a banana, fill the intake, pay so research can start. Drafts arrive by email. Approve in writing. Walk into UPS.
