No. We cannot file a pedimento. If the job needs one, we hand a clean file to a licensed agent. They talk to Aduana. We coordinate you and them.

Two documents: the commercial invoice (one sheet, many lines if needed) and the packing list. Not the research notes. Print them, or upload them when you create the guía.

Do not call Aduana. Forward the UPS/FedEx email the same day. We tell you which files to send and how to answer. Pay only the official courier portal. Do not pay random WhatsApp “agents.”
No llames a Aduana. Reenvía el correo de UPS/FedEx el mismo día. Te decimos qué archivos mandar y cómo responder. Paga solo en el portal oficial del courier. No pagues a “agentes” random por WhatsApp.

No. The desk runs on email and WhatsApp by default. A call is optional — only if you ask, or if the intake is too thin to research safely. It is not a 45- or 60-minute product you buy.

Person or company on the papers?¿Persona o empresa en los papeles?
Asked at intake so the invoice is written correctly — not sold as a separate lane or price. A person (household, gifts, first parcel) or a company (inventory, B2B, RFC / padrón) can pick any banana.
Se pregunta en la solicitud para redactar bien la factura — no se vende como carril ni precio aparte. Una persona (hogar, regalos, primer paquete) o una empresa (inventario, B2B, RFC / padrón) puede elegir cualquier banana.
If I type the forms, am I the one liable?Si yo lleno los formularios, ¿soy el responsable?
You approve drafts in writing and you submit them. That is the accountant model. A disclaimer does not vanish because you held the pen — and we do not sell a product where we later say “your mistake.” We say what the hold means and what to do next.
Apruebas los borradores por escrito y tú los presentas. Ese es el modelo del contador. Un disclaimer no desaparece porque tú empuñaste la pluma — y no vendemos un producto donde después digamos “fue tu error.” Te decimos qué significa la retención y qué sigue.
Can Kong be the customs contact instead of me?¿Puede Kong ser el contacto aduanal en mi lugar?
Notify party, yes — on Golden. Importer or destinatario, no. Mexico wants the real recipient’s RFC on the cargo. Golden puts our email on the invoice so we see the hold first. Your name stays on the box.
